Lead Chef
Fernando is a native of Columbia, South America, and has lived in the United States for almost 20 years. He has served as chef as well as kitchen manager in many different food establishments, and has experience and training in a wide variety of cuisines.
Fernando enjoys experimenting with ingredients and flavors, and is constantly coming up with new ideas to suggest to clients. Of course, he is always willing to serve conventional tried-and-true items to our clients that prefer a traditional menu. This chef is not content unless the food quality is perfect. |
