For over 20 years, Bob wore his chef's hat in many of the area's best restaurants—the Homestead at Glen Arbor, Fisherman's Cove, Sugarloaf Resort and the Park Place to name a few.

Wanting more creative control (and better hours!) he left the restaurant kitchens to work in the post office by day and to cater by night. Those of you from Leelanau County will remember him as Rent-a-Chef. The knowledge he has gained from years of experience gives us valuable diversity and insight.
